Brock making progress in Burlington

Members of the Brock community were in Burlington last week to both tour and highlight the current and future sites of the University’s teacher education programs in the city.

On Friday, Aug. 30, the City of Burlington’s Manager of Facility Assets, Ken Pirhonen, and Project Manager of Facilities, Michael Otter, joined Brock University Dean of Education Mary-Louise Vanderlee to provide a comprehensive tour of the University’s Burlington locations to Natalie Pierre, Member of Provincial Parliament for Burlington and Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Sport.

Through its current and future Burlington campuses, Brock continues to build on its history of success in teacher education. Brock is the only university in the GTA West corridor offering teacher education programming, with more than 32,000 alumni to date.
