Nominations for Alumni Brilliance Awards now open

As Brock University approaches its 60th anniversary this September, it’s shining a spotlight on the remarkable achievements, leadership and contributions of its graduates over the past six decades.

To commemorate Brock’s diamond anniversary, the Office of Alumni Relations has launched the Alumni Brilliance Awards to highlight 60 graduates from the past 60 years. This prestigious accolade recognizes alumni who shine brilliantly in their respective fields and embody Brock’s core values and strategic priorities.

“The Alumni Brilliance Awards serve as a beacon of recognition for those who exemplify the spirit of Brock University through their outstanding achievements and contributions. It’s a moment to celebrate the diverse talents and remarkable journeys of our alumni community,” said President and Vice-Chancellor Lesley Rigg.

“Nominating a deserving candidate for the Alumni Brilliance Award is not just about acknowledging individual success; it’s about inspiring future generations,” said Director of Alumni Relations Kim Post (BA ’03, MEd ’14, BEd ’21). “Each nomination contributes to the legacy of Brock University, inspiring others to strive for excellence and make a difference in their respective fields.”

Members of the Brock community are encouraged to submit nominations through the Alumni Relations website by Friday, May 31.
