Women in Leadership to explore EDI principles, safe environments

Brock’s next Women in Leadership (WIL) event will explore ways to promote social, psychological, physical, emotional and cultural safety in working and learning environments.

Guest speaker Chelsea Takalo is committed to building equitable, inclusive, accessible and anti-oppressive programs and services across campus and beyond through her role as Brock’s Associate Vice-President, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.

All are invited to attend “Fostering Holistic Safety Through Leadership: Working towards the cultivation of safe working and learning environments is pivotal to individuals feeling connected, supported and seen” on Monday, March 11. The event takes place from noon to 1 p.m. on Microsoft Teams.
