Brock students are encouraged to check their inboxes for an invitation to complete the 2023-24 Parking, Dining and Campus Store survey for a chance to win a Pen Centre gift card.

Launched by Parking Services, Dining Services and the Campus Store, the survey aims to gather feedback on students’ experiences with various on-campus services. The survey can be accessed through a personalized link that was emailed to all students on Wednesday, March 13.

Participants will be asked about everything from their satisfaction with parking lot safety and signage to their experience with the Brock Meal Plan.

“Gathering feedback directly from students is vital,” says Ed Wall, Associate Vice-President of Ancillary Services. “The information collected in both this survey and the Student Housing Survey launched in February will help us work towards our goals of delivering exceptional customer service, improving the on-campus experience and identifying opportunities for the future.”

All students who complete the 2023-24 Parking, Dining and Campus Store survey have a chance to win one of five $100 Pen Centre gift cards. Additionally, any students who complete both this survey and the 2023-24 Student Housing Survey distributed on February 27 will be entered to win a $250 Pen Centre gift card.

A similar Parking Services, Dining Services and Campus Store survey will be sent to Brock faculty and staff later in the spring.
