Feedback sought on proposed discontinuation of BEd programs

The Department of Educational Studies and Continuing Teacher Education (CTE) Program have submitted a Request for Program Discontinuation indicating they are seeking approval under the Institutional Quality Assurance Processes (IQAP) to discontinue the Bachelor of Education (BEd) Route II and BEd Specialist programs.

The request is being made available for the information of Brock University community to allow the opportunity for comment prior to the next step in the IQAP.

The request can be viewed on the Office of the Provost and Vice-President, Academic website. The posting will remain in place for 21 days — until 4:30 p.m. on Monday, April 15.

Comments on the above request must be submitted by Monday, April 15 by email to the Academic Review Committee via Vice-Chair Brian Power and Program Director, Continuing Teacher Education Michael Owen.

In submitting a response, include the program title in the e-mail subject line.
