Shelter-in-place order lifted — no risk to campus safety

Updated Sunday, Oct. 29: The Niagara Regional Police Service has released additional information on Saturday’s incident, which can be found on the NRPS website.

At 6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 28, Brock University issued a shelter-in-place notification as Niagara Regional Police responded to an incident on campus. The shelter-in-place order was lifted at 6:13 p.m. and police have advised there is no risk to safety on campus. Niagara Regional Police are continuing their investigation off campus.
