Community run will mean road closures Saturday

Members of the Brock community are advised to access the main campus via the main entrance at Sir Isaac Brock Way and Glenridge Avenue between 9 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 14 due to road closures related to the Niagara Children’s Centre’s Superhero Run.

Hosted at Brock from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the run will also necessitate several road closures throughout the morning:

  • Suzanne Rochon Circle will have limited traffic from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
  • Flora Egerter Way will be closed north of the entrance to Lot 1 from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
  • University Road East will be closed from Sir Isaac Brock Blvd North to Flora Egerter Way from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Access to and from the west side of main campus will be available throughout the event.

Anyone who is interested can register for the run on the Niagara Children’s Centre website.

Any questions can be sent to Kristen Smith, Brock’s Manager, Off-Campus and Community Experience, at kristen.smith@brocku.ca
