Brock University will recognize its outstanding team of staff on Tuesday, Dec. 13.

Set to take place from 2:30 to 4 p.m. in Market Hall, the annual gathering will celebrate and recognize the long-standing commitment and ongoing contributions of staff, faculty and librarians.

Sweet treats and refreshments will be served at 2:30 p.m., followed by remarks from President Lesley Rigg and the presentation of staff service awards at 3 p.m.

Recipients of the President’s Distinguished Staff Service Award for Outstanding Contributions, the Human Resources Distinguished Staff Service Award for Leadership and the Brock University Outstanding Team Service Award will be recognized, as well as employees who have reached 25- and 35-year service milestones.

Faculty and staff unable to join the celebration in person can watch the formal awards portion of the event via Lifesize livestream from 3 to 3:30 p.m.
