The following is a list of thesis defences taking place between Monday, May 2 and Friday, May 6.

PhD in Physics thesis defence

Sara Hatefi Monfared, a PhD in Physics candidate, will defend the thesis “Fabrication and Characterization of CoFe2O4-BiFeO3 Core Shell Nanocomposite and SrFe(12−2x)CoxRuxO19 Hexaferrites” on Thursday, May 5 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in person in Plaza 600F.

The examination committee members are Brian Roy, Chair; Fereidoon S. Razavi, Supervisor; Stefan Kycia, External Examiner (University of Guelph); Hingbin (Tony) Yan, Internal Examiner; and David Crandles and Maureen Reedyk, Advisory Committee.
