COVID-19 screening system experiencing issues

Brock University has a mandatory self-screening process in place for all faculty, staff, students and visitors coming onto campus.

Brock employees are required to forward their screening result email to supervisors, but the application’s service provider, Qualtrics, is experiencing an email outage. While the issue is resolved, Brock employees are asked to screenshot their screening result and email the image to their supervisor each day they come to campus.
