Walker Sports Complex closed until Jan. 26

As of Wednesday, Jan. 5, all Brock University athletic and recreational facilities in the Walker Sports Complex are closed. They will remain closed until Wednesday, Jan. 26 as per the provincial guidelines.

This includes the Zone Fitness Centre, pool, gymnasia, therapy, running track and all other fitness and training areas.

Brock Recreation will release online programming beginning next week, such as boot camps, Tabata training and yoga.

Brock Sports is suspending in-person varsity team workouts, including Brock Sports Performance training, in favour of virtual workouts.

On Thursday, Dec. 16, Brock announced that the Winter Term will start with online course delivery to allow time for students, staff and faculty to receive their COVID-19 vaccine booster dose to help ensure a safe return to campus.
