Input needed from Brock community on search for Vice-Provost, Teaching and Learning

As Brock embarks on a comprehensive search to appoint a Vice-Provost, Teaching and Learning, feedback is being sought from the University community.

Brock University faculty, librarians, staff and students are invited to share their thoughts on the priorities for the new position, as well as the experience and characteristics the chosen candidate should possess.

Input can be provided by filling out this electronic survey on the website of KBRS, the executive search firm retained by the University to assist with the hiring process. While information is appreciated at any time during the search, the Brock community is asked to complete the survey by Tuesday, Feb. 8.

Alternatively, feedback can be submitted by contacting Jennie Massey, lead consultant on the project, at 1-709-722-6846 or jmassey@kbrs.ca

Nominations and suggestions of potential candidates may also be provided to Massey.

All information will be held in strictest confidence by KBRS and will be shown only in aggregated form to ensure the identity of individuals is not disclosed.

Consultation is a key part of the search process as the Advisory Committee and KBRS refine the research and outreach strategy to further inform their assessment of the key competencies and leadership attributes of applicants.

In addition to the online survey, the consultation process will include meetings with various internal groups.
