Russ Martin, a master of arts in Popular Culture candidate, will defend the thesis “Scene and be Seen: RuPaul’s Drag Race and the Toronto Drag Scene” on Wednesday, August 5 at 10 a.m. via video conference.

The examination committee includes Dawn Zinga, Chair; Karen Fricker, Supervisor; Joe Jeffreys, External Examiner (Adjunct Instructor, New York University Tisch School of the Arts); Marian Bredin, Graduate Program Director; and Sarah Matheson, Committee Member.
