Education PhD thesis defence

Hyacinth Campbell, a PhD in Education candidate, will defend the Thesis Colorism: An Understanding of the Multiplicity of Voices Among Black Women and How Their Experiences Inform Their Postsecondary Lives” on Monday, May 25 at 2 p.m. in virtual format.

Environmental Sustainability Research Centre master’s thesis defence

Oluseyi Obasi, a master of Sustainability candidate, will defend the thesis “Determining Individual Endorsement Levels for Water Resilience Principles – A Case Study of the Town of Lincoln, Ontario” on Tuesday, May 26 at 1 p.m. in virtual format.

The examination committee includes Dawn Zinga, Chair; Julia Baird, Supervisor; Aritree Samanta, External Examiner (Assistant Professor of Environmental Studies, San Francisco State University); Marilyne Jollineau, Graduate Program Director; Gary Pickering, Committee Member and Gilliam Dale, Committee Member.

Master of Science thesis defence

Huriyyah A. Albandri, a master of Science candidate in the Department of Physics, will defend her thesis “Electronic and Magnetic properties of MAX phase (Cr1−xGdx)2AlC and Er3AlC alloy” on Tuesday, May 26 at 1 p.m. in virtual format.
