In order to facilitate the installation of power to the new Starbucks kiosk, a power shutdown will occur in Guernsey Market and Market Hall from Wednesday, Dec. 18 at 8 p.m. to Thursday, Dec. 19 at 4 a.m.

During the power outage, emergency lighting will remain on, but all other lighting will be off.
