Brock ‘in demand’ as open house nears: The University’s upcoming Spring Open House, which will take place Sunday, April 7 and welcome thousands of potential students and their families to Brock, was featured in a St. Catharines Standard article.

Brock University student explores the wine routes of the ancient world: Fourth-year Classics student Jared Schutt’s exhibit about wine in the ancient world was featured in a Niagara This Week story. Schutt curated the exhibit using 2,500-year-old artifacts from the University’s Cypriote Collection. 

Wrestlers sweep top individual and team awards at Brock athletic banquet: Articles in the St. Catharines Standard and BP Sports Niagara discussed the sweep of the male and female athlete of the year categories by Senior Brock wrestlers Jevon Balfour and Emily Schaefer at the University’s athletic banquet Saturday, March 30.

Grant helps energize Fort Erie school’s music program: Associate Professor of Visual Arts Education Peter Vietgen spoke about the importance of arts programs to high school students in a Niagara This Week article about a $10,000 grant awarded to Greater Fort Erie Secondary School that will be used to purchase new instruments for the school’s music program.
