What’s open and closed for Family Day weekend and Reading Week

Brock University’s administrative offices will be closed Monday, Feb. 18 for Family Day and Tuesday, Feb. 19 for the Brock President’s Holiday.

Some areas of the University will have varying hours from Wednesday, Feb. 20 to Friday, Feb. 22 for winter Reading Week.

Campus Security Services

Officers are available 24-7 by phoning x3200, via emergency phones on campus, by emailing security@brocku.ca or through the Brock Mobile App.

Campus Store

The Brock Campus Store will be closed from Saturday, Feb. 16 to Tuesday, Feb. 19, as well as Saturday, Feb. 23 to Sunday, Feb. 24.

Parking Services

Zone 1 and Zone 2 are free on weekdays after 6 p.m. and all day on weekends. Parking is prohibited between 2 and 5 a.m. on any day.

Daily and hourly parking is available in a number of locations throughout campus. Vehicles with valid permits can continue to park in their designated lot.

The Parking Services office will be closed from Saturday, Feb. 16 to Tuesday, Feb. 19. Normal hours of operation resume on Wednesday, Feb. 20 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Rodman Hall Art Centre

Urgent care:

Students can call 1-833-BROCK-33 (1-833-276-2533) for personal counselling 24-7, 365 days a year.

Urgent care walk-in clinics will be closed from Saturday, Feb. 16 to Tuesday, Feb. 19. During Reading Week, all urgent care walk-in clinics will operate out of Harrison Hall. They will be open Wednesday Feb. 20 to Friday, Feb. 22 from 2:45 to 4:15 p.m. each day.

Booked appointments:

Students will not be able to book appointments between Saturday, Feb. 16 and Tuesday, Feb. 19. Available appointment times are Wednesday, Feb. 20 to Friday, Feb. 22 from 8:50 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 2:40 p.m. each day.
