French students make radio waves

Fourth-year French students have been working on a special project this semester that has them featured on local radio.

The students, who have been studying “Canadian Literature in French to 1939” and “French Literature After 1970” with professor Julien Defraeye, have been reading a series of novels and will be sharing insight into the literature on Brock Radio 103.7 FM. They will appear on the station’s show Tic-Tac on Tuesdays at 5 p.m. throughout November.

The students are also creating a series of posters that will be presented in the Department of Modern Languages, Literatures and Cultures at the end of the semester.
