Lunchtime talk to focus on knowledge mobilization

Michael Armstrong, an associate professor in Brock’s Goodman School of Business, will deliver a presentation about knowledge mobilization this week as part of Goodman’s Luncheon Speaker Series.

Armstrong teaches courses on quality improvement, game theory and operations management and has received several awards including a Fulbright Scholar fellowship and a Chancellor’s Chair for Teaching Excellence.

An experienced writer, Armstrong has authored many op-eds and articles for the media and excels at explaining complex topics concisely and simply.

Now in its 12th year, Goodman’s Luncheon Speaker Series provides an informal and engaging opportunity to listen and discuss recent advances in research, teaching and practices with colleagues internationally.

The event is being held Friday, Jan. 19 in Taro Hall 203 from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Space is limited.
