Brock Sports partners with Town of Lincoln for hockey skills and drills training

The Brock Badgers men’s hockey team is headed to the Town of Lincoln Sunday to offer free training sessions for kids.

In partnership with the Town, Brock will hold the skills and drills sessions for kids from seven to 14 on Sunday, Dec. 3 at the Fleming Memorial Arena on Serena Drive in Beamsville.

“We are proud to partner with the Town of Lincoln on this hockey initiative,” said Brock men’s hockey head coach Marty Williamson. “Our players are role models for youth hockey players in the Niagara region and as part of the community, it’s great when our team can give back.”

The training sessions will be held from 1 to 1:40 p.m. for kids ages seven to 10 and from 1:50 to 2:30 p.m. for youth ages 11 to 14.

Each session will accommodate 30 players, and registration must be done in advance in person at the Fleming Arena or by phoning 905-563-2799 x319.
