What’s open and closed for Canada Day weekend

Brock University’s administrative offices will be closed for the Canada Day long weekend from Friday, June 30 to Monday, July 3.

However, a some key areas at the University’s St. Catharines campus will remain open as per regular weekend operating hours.

Campus Security is available at x3200, via emergency phones on campus or through the Brock Mobile App.

The following campus services are open and closed Canada Day weekend.

James A. Gibson Library

Closed: Friday, June 30 to Monday, July 3.

Walker Complex/The Zone

Open: Friday, June 30 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, July 2 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Closed: Saturday, July 1 and Monday, July 3.

Food Services

Guernsey Market and Tim Hortons (Tower and Thistle) will be closed Friday, June 30 to Monday, July 3.

DeCew Dining Hall will be open for conference guests on campus.

Parking Services

Main office in Thistle hallway, as well as the kiosk in LOT D at Lowenberger residence, is closed from Friday, June 30 to Monday, July 4.

Hourly parking is available in a number of locations throughout campus. Cars with valid permits can continue to park in their designated lot.
