Deloitte recognized for Cuvée partnership

A strong supporter of the local wine industry for nearly three decades, Cuvée continues to be a successful celebration of Ontario VQA wines.

With Brock’s Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI) at the helm for the third time, more than 750 guests were drawn to the Scotiabank Convention Centre in Niagara Falls for the 29th annual Cuvée Grand Tasting in March.

The event brought together 48 VQA wineries, each featuring two favourite wines from their respective winemakers, and 11 local culinary partners who prepared an array of fine cuisine.

With sales of local wines up more than seven per cent since last year, the celebration highlights the strides that have been made toward growing the increasingly vital grape and wine industry, which generates more than $4 billion annually in revenue, tourism and job creation.

This year, Cuvée partnered with Deloitte Canada as it recognizes the importance of the wine industry in Ontario and throughout Canada.Deloitte Canada
