Before Brock’s first Health, Safety and Wellness Champion can be honoured on Wellness Day, they must first be nominated.

Submissions are now being received for the award that was established to recognize Brock faculty and staff, either as individuals or as departments, for championing a culture of health, safety and wellness.

The award, to be handed out annually, supports Brock’s core value and strategic priority to be a preferred place to work and study.

The new honour will be given out on the annual Wellness Day, taking place this year on June 15.

To nominate a deserving faculty or staff member, or department, visit the Health, Safety and Wellness website.

Nomination forms can be submitted to besafe@brocku.ca until May 1.
