Brock University’s Chancellor’s Chairs for Teaching Excellence will provide an overview of their Scholarship of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education projects during an event held next week.

The projects will be highlights on Wednesday, March 22 from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in Schmon Tower 103.

Topics will include:

• First Year Student Experience with Shauna Pomerantz and Dawn Zinga, Social Sciences
• Using Sakai to Flip the Instructional Focus with Camille Rutherford, Education
• Do Students Believe they can become Industry Leaders with Kirsty Spence and Shannon Kerwin, Applied Health Sciences
• Project-based learning in Universities with David Hutchison, Humanities and Education
