An ecumenical Ash Wednesday service will be held on campus this week.

The service will take place March 1 from noon to 12:30 p.m. in the Rita Welch Meditation Room, located beside the Sankey Chambers in the McKenzie Chown A building.

Students, faculty and staff are invited to attend to commemorate Ash Wednesday and the beginning of the Christian season of Lent. The service will include the distribution of ashes.

The service is held in association with the Brock Catholic Chaplaincy, Brock Christian Reformed Chaplaincy and the Faith and Life Centre at Brock University.
