Biotechnology student Trevor Kidd is presenting his his thesis defence on Monday, Dec. 19 at 2:15 p.m. in WH147.

His thesis is titled, “A Catharanthus roseus mutant with trace levels of secologanin and monoterpenoid indole alkaloids does not express BIS1/BIS2 transcription factors and fails to activate iridoid biosynthesis.”  The examination committee members are: Dr. Alan Castle, Chair; Dr. Peter Facchini (University of Calgary), External Examiner; Dr. Vincenzo De Luca, Supervisor; Dr. Jeffrey Atkinson and Dr. David Liscombe, committee members.
