A ‘grape’ Brock tradition has another big year

What is sticky, purple and attracts more than 1,000 students? Brock University’s annual Grape Stomp.

Stained purple and covered in grape juice and peels, students laughed and revelled in the grape mess Friday.

After stomping, tossing and smooshing the grapes, students turned the Grape Stomp tarp into a slip and slide.

Last year, the popular ritual was ranked second on the list of Great Canadian Campus Traditions by University Affairs, a magazine published by Universities Canada.
