Mentors sought to work with international students

Build friendships and bridge community connections through the BrockGuide program.

International Services is looking for Brock student mentors to guide new international students around the Niagara Region, helping them become familiar with Canadian culture and integrating them into life at Brock.

Training will be provided for mentors in order to respond to routine questions such as finding accommodations, getting to know the Brock campus and using city transit. The time commitment will depend on availability of both the mentor and international student.

Mentors will earn volunteer hours and co-curricular credit through the Campus-Wide Co-Curriculum by participating. The program will begin in July and runs until Orientation Week in September.
