Brock golf league hitting the green

A casual, fun golf league is being formed for faculty, staff and alumni of Brock University.

The Brock@Brock league will take place on Wednesdays at 5 p.m. at Brock Golf Course.

League fees are:

9 Holes: $14 weekly or $225 seasonal fee.

18 Holes: $18 weekly or $275 seasonal fee.

This price includes free warm-up balls on the driving range up to 90 minutes prior to tee off and a discounted rate for power carts ($5 for 9 holes/$10 for 18 holes per person).

If you sign up for the seasonal fee, you can continue to play for free in the fall until the course closes at the regular league time. Weekly members can continue to pay the discounted fee at the regular league time after the league has ended.

There will be no score tracking or handicapping, no end of year banquet, just an opportunity for the Brock community to play at a great rate in a casual and fun atmosphere. You can stay for a drink/bite to eat after the round.

If you are not familiar with Brock Golf Course, it is an executive-length par 57 course that welcomes new players and invites experienced golfers to test their short game. It is not pretentious or fancy, just fun.  Goodman MBA graduate Andrew Julie is the new owner of Brock Golf Course and he and his wife Jennifer look forward to welcoming us.

If you are interested in joining the league please contact Susan LeBlanc sleblanc@brocku.ca or ext. 4688 by May 3 to sign up.
