The Music Ed Plus co-curricular program will be concluding the semester with their annual Music in the Hallway concert extravaganza on Friday, April 1 from noon to 3 p.m. in the hallway outside of the Sankey Chamber.

Three chamber music ensembles – a vocal group, jazz ensemble, and woodwind trio – will be performing a wide variety of musical styles and repertoire coupled with soloists on a variety of instruments.

Over the past year, Zoltan Kalman and Deborah Linton have coached these ensembles to prepare them for the numerous concerts which were given this semester.

As part of the mandate of Music Ed Plus’s community engagement both within Brock University as well as in the Region, this three-hour concert will also be a fundraiser for the “Brock Sponsors Refugees” initiative. Eighteen Brock employees have come together to officially sponsor a Syrian family through Lifeline Syria- Ryerson University. All donations will be gratefully accepted.
