Vincenzo DeLuca will give the latest talk in the annual Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture (CCOVI) lecture series.
DeLuca, a Biological Sciences professor, will give the lecture “Icewine grapes are biochemically active between September and harvest.” He will speak on Wednesday, March 7 at 3 p.m. in H313. Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
The lecture will be also be broadcast live at brocku.ca/ccovi.
