Bloomberg Assessment Test held on campus this month

The Faculty of Business is bringing the Bloomberg Assessment Test (BAT) to campus on Jan. 21.

The BAT is a chance for students to showcase their knowledge and skills to thousands of financial employers worldwide. It is a three-hour online test that covers a range of subjects including finance, economics, math and analytical reasoning. The BAT uncovers strengths on various subjects and helps students gain insight into which areas of finance suit them best.

Through the Bloomberg Institute website, top finance employers search anonymous student profiles that include strong scores on specific areas of the BAT. Students choose whether to release their names and contact information to interested employers.

No preparation is required, and scores are anonymous. Only 90 seats are available, so only students seriously interested in careers in finance should register.

Date: Saturday, Jan. 21
Time: 9 a.m. to 12 noon
Location: MCA 203 or MCJ 201 (choose a lab during registration)

To register, visit takethebat.com. Registration is first come, first serve.
