Vanderveen leads Badgers past UOIT 5-2 in season opener

ST. CATHARINES, Ont. – The Brock University women’s hockey team (1-0 OUA) opened the 2011-12 Ontario University Athletics regular season with a 5-2 victory over the UOIT Ridgebacks Wednesday night at the Seymour-Hannah Centre.
