This weekend, Brock will host a symposium that will feature speakers from Canada and the U.S.
The Brock University Archaeological Symposium will be Saturday, March 12 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The theme is “Pride and Prejudice: Perceptions of the City and Country in the Ancient World.” Speakers will be:
- Stephen Dyson, University at Buffalo
- Sean Lockwood, Trent University
- Michael Carter, Brock University
- Spencer Pope, McMaster University
- Barbara Reeves, Queen’s University
Tickets are $5. Lunch is included. There is an optional banquet afterward. All are welcome.
