Skaters on the Rideau Canal Skateway in Ottawa this winter will be treated to a photo by Visual Arts student Lisa Goulet.

Goulet’s photo was chosen as part of the National Capital Commission’s Eco Art exhibit, a celebration of youth during the Rideau Skateway’s 41st season.

Thirty-two works of art will be displayed on the canal skateway, which gets about a million visitors a year.

Goulet’s photograph is entitled “Rebirth.”
