Brock opens doors for a night of art

Brock will be transformed on Friday for Nuit Blanche Brock, a unique one-night celebration of contemporary art.

The university will be filled with art exhibits from 6 p.m. to midnight on Dec. 3. The event will showcase a variety of works, including drawings, sculpture, dance, photography, video, installation and performances. This will include student art work from the Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts. More than 30 artists and performers are participating.

Nuit Blanche Brock 2010 will be in the Thistle Complex, James A. Gibson Library and the Mackenzie Chown complex. There will also be a special dance performance every hour on the hour on the fifth floor of the Earp residence.

Maps will be available, and there will be information in the library and outside Market Hall. They are also available for download by clicking here and here.
