Library wants your opinion

The Library is inviting all campus users to participate in a survey to understand what users think of Brock Library services. Participants could win one of fifteen $15 Common Grounds Café gift cards. (Contest participation is optional.)

From March 8 to 28, Brock will participate in LibQUAL+, a library service quality survey developed by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL). More than 1,000 educational and research institutions in more than 17 countries have participated in the survey, which covers topics such as staff helpfulness, library as place, and access to information. The eight-minute survey will be emailed to a sample of campus users, but is open for anyone to complete. Find more information and the link to the survey at LibQUAL+.

If you have any questions about the survey, please contact Deb Kalvee, Associate University Librarian, Services and Facilities, at dkalvee@brocku.ca
