Maxim Voronov, assistant professor of Business and associate fellow with the Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute, was quoted in the Feb. 13 article “Ontario wine industry needs to find itself” in the St. Catharines Standard. Voronov discussed the need for the Ontario wine industry to create identity and understand what sets it apart from the rest of the world.
