Brock sustainability research group hosts annual seminar Jan. 30

Brock’s Environmental Sustainability Research Centre is hosting its third annual seminar series tomorrow Wednesday, Jan. 30.

This event is free and open to all members of the Brock and Niagara communities.

It takes place 2 to 4:30 p.m. at Rodman Hall in St. Catharines, 109 Saint Paul Crescent.

This focus of this year’s seminar is meanings and measurements in sustainability. Topics will include carbon auditing, water, what municipalities are doing and bird migration.

The event will feature presentations by:

  • Evan DiValentino, Niagara Sustainability Initiative
  • Zafar Adeel, UN University
  • Sandra Najda, Lura Consulting
  • Marcia Jacklin, Brock University
