Friday, September 21


Brock University Alumni Association Golf Tournament
Beechwood Golf & Country Club, Niagara Falls | 11:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m

For the first time, this year’s Golf Tournament will be part of Alumni Weekend. The “crossover start” format offers golfers the option of playing nine ($100 per person) or 18 holes ($125 per person).


Brock Days Athletics

Women's soccer vs. McMaster | Brock soccer field | 1 p.m.
Men's soccer vs. McMaster | Brock soccer field | 3:15 p.m.

RBC Steel Blade Hockey Classic | Seymour-Hannah Centre | 7:15 p.m.

Tribute!
Pond Inlet | 6:30 to 10 p.m.

Join the Brock community in our annual roast and toast of a campus celebrity. This year we celebrate Les McCurdy- Myers (BA ’76). Tickets are $45 each.

 
Alumni Pub Night at the Mansion House
5 William St., downtown St. Catharines  |  8:30 to 10:30 p.m.

Socialize with friends and fellow alumni at the oldest tavern in St. Catharines. This event is exclusive to alumni until 10:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 each and include a complimentary drink and appetizers.

Brock University Alumni Association AGM

Welch Hall 203 | 8:30 to 9:45 a.m.

Join the Brock University Alumni Association board of directors and fellow alumni at the BUAA's Annual General Meeting breakfast. Hear about the events of the past year, and to honour this year’s student and alumni award winners.


Brock Cares Day of Service

9 a.m. to 3p.m.

Brock University Student Life and Community Experience provides opportunities for students, staff, faculty and alumni to be engaged in the Niagara community. Join us for Brock Cares Day of Service as members of the Brock community come together to volunteer in our local communities. "Back-to-Class" breakout sessions

Brock campus | 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Attend several interest and professional-development sessions in the morning and afternoon. A registration fee of $15 includes parking, lunch and any combination of sessions.

 
Alumni Weekend buffet lunch 
Market Hall | 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Connect with friends and fellow alumni while you re-energize for the afternoon breakout sessions and keynote address. Lunch is included in the $15 day pass.

 
Keynote Address - Peter Goodspeed (BA ’74) 
Academic South 204  |  12:45 to 2 p.m.

Peter Goodspeed is an award-winning journalist with almost four decades of experience. He has worked as a foreign correspondent, war reporter, editor, manager, feature writer and political reporter. 

 
Educate Your Senses - Wine & food seminars in the park 
Montebello Park | 1 p.m., 3 p.m. & 5 p.m.

Meet some of the winemakers of your favourite Niagara wines, many of whom are Brock graduates, as you are walked through food and wine pairings.

 
Brock Days Athletics

Reunion Station Social 
Alphie’s Trough | 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Reunite at Alphie’s Trough, named after Sir Isaac’s horse. The facility, now known as Alphie’s Bistro, is the perfect place to mix and mingle with old friends after the conference or before Cameo Club. If you’re interested in holding a more formal reunion with a specific affinity group or class year, this may be the ideal place to meet. A cash bar will be available.


Cameo Club

Cairns Complex, 4th floor lounge | 5:15 to 6:30 p.m.

Did you graduate in 1987 or earlier? If so, you’re eligible to be inducted into the Cameo Club. This is an exclusive reception for Brock alumni who graduated 25 or more years ago. Join your classmates at the induction and receive your anniversary pin.


Fine Food, Fine Wine, Fine Art

Pond Inlet | 6:30 to 9 p.m.

An event for foodies and oenophiles, Niagara region’s finest chefs will personally prepare extensive and succulent offerings, each fully complemented with a wine selection from one of Niagara’s premier wineries. Tickets are $75. Cameo Club members can purchase tickets at the discounted rate of $50. 

 



Sunday, September 23

Niagara-on-the-Lake Alumni wine tour
10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Sponsored in part by Niagara Classic Transport, you’ll start your day on campus and venture to Niagara-on-the-Lake to tour and taste at three wineries. Enjoy the entire day for $50. Space is limited to 30 participants.

Reunions are a wonderful opportunity for alumni to reminisce about shared experiences, exchange the latest news, and reconnect. Alumni Weekend is the perfect time to host a reunion for a specific grad year, a certain faculty or a special club you were a part of.
