Help us spread the word about Alumni Weekend to YOUR networks. "Like" the Brock Alumni Facebook fan page and share our postings with your Brock alumni friends; re-tweet our tweets on Twitter or post the hashtag #BrockDays #AlumniWeekend; forward our Alumni Weekend emails to your friends 

Reunion Leader/Host
Identify a reunion group you'd like to bring together ((i.e. a sports team, student club, class, faculty, department, residence, etc.), and Alumni Relations will help coordinate the invites and spread the word.

"Back to Class" Session Volunteer (6)
With multiple breakout sessions during Alumni Weekend, we need 1 Alumni Host per session to make both the speakers and attendees feel relaxed and welcome.  ROLE: briefly and clearly introduce the speaker before the session, remain in the room to ensure that everything goes smoothly, thank the speaker after the session is complete, and present a gift. Volunteers will be provided with a resource package and speaking notes.

Tour Volunteer (2)
Similarly to the Session Volunteers, we need 1 Alumni Host per tour to make both the tour guides and attendees feel relaxed and welcome.  ROLE: liaise with tour guide to ensure they have the resources they need, take attendance, remain on the tour to ensure that everything goes smoothly, thank the speaker after the session is complete, and present a gift. Volunteers will be provided with a resource package.

Welcome Area Alumni Ambassador (2)
Volunteers are needed to be the ‘face of Alumni Weekend!’ Help us at the registration desk and welcome area direct Alumni Weekend participants to the various campus locations, answer questions, and hand out SWAG. Volunteers will be provided with a resource package.

Golf Tournament Volunteer (3)
The Alumni Association needs volunteers for various roles throughout the golf tournament day. Tasks include the registration table, assisting with various hole prizes, to getting the golfer gifts ready.

Photographer (1)
Do you have an interest in photography? Will you be attending multiple Alumni Weekend events? We would love photos from an alumni perspective!
