The BSc Honours in Health Sciences prepares students for careers in health professions with a bio-science perspective. This pre-health professional degree program allows students to meet the requirements of postgraduate degree programs in medicine and the allied health professions.

1.  To proceed to year 2, students must achieve a minimum 70 percent major average with a minimum grade of 60 percent in CHSC 1F90 and MATH 1P98.  
2.  The following courses are available for science credits: CHSC 2F95, 2P09, 3P09, 3P19, 3P51, 3P90, 3P97, 4P07, 4P19, 4P95.  
3.  The following courses are not available for science credit: ASTR 1P02, 1P02, BIOL 1F25, CHEM 1P00, ERSC 1F90, 1P92, 1P93, PHYS 1P21, 1P22, SCIE 1P50, 1P51.  
4.  In all 20 credit degree programs, at least 12 credits must be numbered 2(alpha)00 or above and of these, three must be numbered 3(alpha)90 or above. In all 15 credit degree programs, at least seven credits must be numbered 2(alpha)00 or above, three of which must be numbered 2(alpha)90 or above.
