Women Only Hours

Women’s only programs provide a safe, comfortable, inclusive and fun atmosphere for anyone at Brock University who identifies as a woman (women includes all cis and trans individuals who identify as a woman).

Whether you are just learning to use equipment or looking to get a great workout in a group setting, our women’s only facility times are designed to encourage women of all abilities to use the facilities and encourage equitable participation in physical activity.


Starting Jan 17, 2022, timeslots will be available in The Zone.  You will wait in the hallway until the area clears of the last group and cleaning is complete, the trainer will come to let you in.  Registration required.

The Zone Hours:

Monday 8:30 am to 9:30am

Wednesday 4pm to 5pm

Friday 1:30pm to 2:30pm

Women’s Hour Programs:

Starting Jan 17, 2022.  Registration required.

Monday 8:30 am to 9:10 am: Learn to Lift (5-week session), in The Zone

Tuesday  11:10am to 11:50am: Core & More, in the Fitness Studio

1pm to 1:45pm: Women’s Self Defense (5-week session), in the Fitness Studio

Wednesday 4:10pm to 4:50pm: Virtual Spin, in the Spin Studio (in The Zone)

Thursday 10:10am to 10:50am: Bootcamp Strength, in the Fitness Studio
