Women Only Hours

Women’s only programs provide a safe, comfortable, inclusive and fun atmosphere for anyone at Brock University who identifies as a woman (women includes all cis and trans individuals who identify as a woman).

Whether you are just learning to use equipment or looking to get a great workout in a group setting, our women’s only facility times are designed to encourage women of all abilities to use the facilities and encourage equitable participation in physical activity.

Location:

Timeslots are available in The Zone.  Please wait in the hallway until the area clears of the last group and cleaning is complete, the trainer will come to let you in.

Women Only – Zone Hours:

Monday 8:30am to 9:30am

Wednesday 4pm to 5pm

Friday 1:30pm to 2:30pm

*Please note: these hours change June 27*

Monday 9:00am-10:00am

Wednesday 4:00pm-5:00pm

Friday 1:00pm -2:00pm

Expressfit Classes Sept 12-Dec 2 (schedule changes on Oct 10 during reading week)

Tues: Step Strength @ 10:10am, located in the fitness studio

Thurs: Beginner Weights @ 10:10am, located in the fitness studio

Fri: Virtual Spin @ 1:10p, located in the spin studio, in The Zone

8-session activities Sept 19-Nov 18 ($70)

Grow Your Glutes, Mon @ 9:10, located in The Zone

TRX Circuit, Fri @ 1:10p, located in The Zone
