Performance Management Project Focus Group (OSSTF)
The Organizational Development Team in HR is looking for staff input as part of the Performance Management Process Renewal Project.
The renewal of our performance management practices, processes, tools and resources will provide staff and people leaders with a new way of identifying, tracking and reporting on goals, operational outcomes and professional development. This project is also tied to a forthcoming Workday Talent module implementation which will allow for the documentation components of these processes to be moved online.
The scope of this project is limited to staff positions (i.e., Admin Professional, Exempt, OSSTF, CUPE 1295, and CUPE 4207 Unit 2) and does not include Faculty and Librarian positions (BUFA), academic supports position (e.g., CUPE 4207 Unit 1), or student positions.
