Essential Oils 101

In this seminar you will learn:
- What essential oils are and how they work
- The importance of the best sourcing practices
- Safe handling and usage for people and pets
- How oils can support your health and wellness goals
You will also make an energy roller to take with you.

Dr. Di Bella (D.M.A.) is Associate Professor of Piano in the Department of Music and Director of the Centre for Studies in Arts and Culture at Brock University. She can be seen and heard regularly performing in the FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre in Cairns Recital Hall with the Department of Music series, as section pianist with the Niagara Symphony, and around the Niagara region and beyond. Dr. Di Bella is a senior piano examiner with the Royal Conservatory of Music. In her “spare time” she is a wellness advocate for doTERRA essential oils.
