Mindfulness Workshop

Join Kaitlyn Kerridge as she unpacks mindfulness and explains the wide variety of benefits and uses. Kaitlyn aims to explain how mindfulness can be used to promote positive mental health on campus for staff and faculty. In this workshop you will learn what mindfulness is, why it is useful, and how to use it.

Kaitlyn is a Public Health Honours graduate at Brock University. She is pursuing her Masters of Arts in Applied Health Science. Her research interests lie in the delivery of mental health services on post-secondary campuses, and the integration of mindfulness as a tool to aid with the overwhelming prevalence of campus mental health issues.
