The department develops programs to engage private support that will advance Brock University's mission and support our students. Brock relies on the generosity of our donors to ensure we provide strong academic programs, an innovative learning environment, and state-of-the art facilities for research. The Board of Trustees and Canada Revenue Agency policies govern the department's activities.

There are many ways that donors support Brock University. Some options include gifts of cash (either pledged over time or as a one-time donation), estate gifts and bequests, class giving, gifts in kind, and gifts in memory or in honour. Donations to Brock University are eligible for charitable receipts for income tax purposes.

Supporting Student Success-Areas of Support
The generosity of our donors has allowed us to expand our physical campus and support important programming for our students. Currently our areas of focused support include student wellness, research, teaching and learning, the student emergency fund and athletic scholarships.

Annual Fund
The Annual Fund is a component of our fundraising programs. Through the Annual Fund, student callers contact Brock's students, parents, alumni, faculty, staff and friends to provide information about initiatives at Brock University and to provide the opportunity to make an investment in Brock and contribute to the support of our students. The impact of donations to the Anuual Fund is far reaching as they have funded student awards and created enhanced learning environments throughout campus.
