Concordia Lutheran Theological Seminary is operated by the Lutheran Church and is a fully accredited member of the Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada. The Seminary prepares students for the Master of Divinity (four-year program) and Master of Theological Studies (two year program) degrees. All degrees are granted by the University.

Continuing Education's non-credit courses and community programs are designed to foster 21st century skills and a culture of learning in the areas of citizenship, personal enrichment and workplace development. Courses, workshops and experiences appeal to those seeking to maintain purpose and meaning in their lives, enhance their careers, improve their health and relationships, meet new people, and connect more productively with their communities. The department offers year-round programming.
