The 2023 Ongoing Staff Election closed on May 24, 2023
A total of 6 nominations were received for the one available vacancy. A total of 357 ballots were returned from an electorate of 1043 (34.23%).

A special thanks to all who allowed their names to stand for election.  The Board of Trustees recognizes the importance of having staff representation on the Board and staff engagement in the process, both from those who stood in the election and those who voted.

Key dates for the 2023 Election

Voting in the election – Secure Electronic Ballots

The election will be done by electronic voting. Voting will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, and close at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 2023.  All eligible voters will receive an email to their Brock email account with a link to a secure electronic ballot.  Each voter may vote for one candidate as there is only one vacancy.  The candidate leading the poll will be declared elected to the three-year term.
