PROGRAM INFORMATION PACKAGES
Rodman Hall will send information packages by email one week in advance of your program start date with important details and health/information forms that require completion.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We recognize that life is full of surprises, but we also have obligations to our staff and suppliers. Programs cancelled before June 19, 2019, will be fully refunded. Between June 19 and one week prior to the start date of the session, you will be refunded partial fees (owing only $50 administration fee), if the spot cannot be filled by the start of the program. If you cancel less than a week prior to the start date, fees become non-refundable. Please note, missed program days cannot be made up or pro-rated.
Rodman Hall reserves the right to cancel a program once registration closes if there is insufficient registration. Registrants will be given as much notice as possible. Refunds are issued by Brock Sports via cheque, regardless of original payment method for IN-PERSON registration. Registrations done online will have their refund process back onto the card used for initial payment.
Please allow 3 weeks for cheque reimbursement.
Will be sent via Brock sports or the online portal when you register; please ensure your email is up-to-date. These receipts may be used for tax purposes where applicable. You can also request a printed receipt from Brock sports at the phone number above.

PROGRAM DISCOUNTS FOR RODMAN HALL MEMBERS
At this time, Rodman Hall Member discounted prices can be processed by phone or in person at the Welcome Desk (details above) or by using the the code RODMAN at the time of online registration. Please note, all members that use the online discount code will be verified for validity.
If you think your membership requires renewal, please contact the Rodman Hall Administration Desk at 905 688 5550 x 5802. You can renew your membership by phone with credit card or in person during office hours. If you are interested in becoming a member to take advantage of this and other benefits, please also contact the Administration Desk. Brock Sports Members, Brock Faculty, Staff and Students are not eligible for Rodman Hall Member Discounts.

If you have registered in a program as a member and Rodman Hall verifies that your membership has lapsed you will have the choice to pay the difference and register as a non-member or renew your membership directly with Rodman Hall Art Centre. Please note that failure to pay these associated fees may result in the registration being withdrawn and losing the space.
CHILD ART TAX CREDIT
The following information is taken from the Canada Revenue Agency website (click for more)
Effective for the 2016 taxation year, the maximum eligible amount per child will be reduced to $500 from $1,000 for the children’s fitness tax credit (which will remain refundable for 2016) and to $250 from $500 for the children’s arts tax credit. The supplemental amounts for children eligible for the disability tax credit will remain at $500 for both credits for 2016. Effective for the 2017 and subsequent taxation years, both credits will be eliminated.
